Meet Denise Taylor
Owner/Operator of Circle T Ranch, and Chairperson New Beginnings at Circle T Ranch
Denise has always had a passion for horses and has owned and operated Circle T Ranch for 37 years. From 1987 to 2019 it was the premier boarding and lessons facility in Kings County.
In 2019 Denise founded New Beginnings at Circle T Ranch, a non profit corporation for the benefit of trauma survivors, people dealing with psychological conditions, and people with developmental disabilities. A certified Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator, she and the staff conduct Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) activities for individuals, families, and groups.
EAL has proven to be a wonderfully successful method of helping people find peace and identify healthy coping mechanisms as they learn to conquer their obstacles and significant challenges.
Denise’s depth of equestrian knowledge, coupled with her compassion and drive to make a positive difference for those in her community have enabled New Beginnings at Circle T Ranch to become a successful Equine Learning and Activities provider. She and her staff have guided over 1200 participants to better lives, with EAL the catalyst for positive results.
